Two Best Teacher Awards:
GGS Indraprastha University has tradition of honorary one of its faculty with the Best Teacher Award, which is based upon students evaluation, self assessment and peer group evaluation. Out of four Best Teacher Awards, given so far by the University our school is the proud recipient of two of them. The first was given to Dr. Rita Singh (Life Science) and third of it, to Dr. Vaishali Singh (Chemistry).
1st Ph.D. of the University.
The 1st Ph.D. Degree of the University has been awarded to one of the research scholars working in this school in Chemistry.
IUCAA Visiting Associateship 2002.
AICTE Young Scientist Award 2002 and 2004.
The AICTE Young Scientist Award for year 2002 is given to Dr. Shruti Aggarwal (Physics) and for year 2004 to Dr. Rashmi Bharadwaj (Mathematics).
