Corporate Relations Centre

USMS has a proactive Corporate Relations Centre managed by a team of faculty members and students. It provides the students with a full-fledged corporate interface, enabling them to have a better understanding of the corporate culture and its current trends.

The Centre has been instrumental in organising seminars, discussions and workshops covering issues of contemporary management relevance. It also carries out direct interaction of students with the industry via industrial visits and guest lectures.

All placements related activities are coordinated by the Centre. The school has a consistent track record of hundred percent placements in the last few years. USMS has been accredited by TCS. The students have been placed in organizations such as

The Placement Week is generally organized in the first week of November. The placement procedure includes:

  • Companies are requested to send the details of their selection procedure in advance so as to enable students to be prepared and make the necessary arrangements for the process.
  • Presentation by the organization that includes its history, profile offered and other information the company wants to give to the institute and students. This may be done by the company on the day it comes to the campus or before, as part of the Pre-Placement Talk. The summer internship procedure for the first year can also be carried out during the pre-placement talk.
  • The resumes of the interested students are sent to the company for the further process of selection which could be Written test, Group Discussion, Interview, etc which take place on the day of the company's visit to the campus.
